The SAVMI Scholarship program is designed specifically to provide financial assistance to students actively pursuing a career in the automotive/heavy equipment/small engine and/or ski industry.

This year’s scholarship is available for up to $1,000 of educational costs. Selection for the scholarship will be made by the SAVMI Board of Directors and a formal presentation will take place on Tuesday, May 19, during the Annual Awards Luncheon.
Applicants must submit the following information to the SAVMI office by April 1, 2020:
• Letter of recommendation from his/her employer or educational institution; • An essay outlining his/her work, educational goals, and extracurricular activities; • Reports of grade point averages and credits achieved; and • Documentation of his/her educational transcript.
